Radisson Blu Hotel Waterfront’s seasonal Breakers Brunch returns from October 2024 to April 2025. The event held on alternate Saturdays in the spring and summer seasons is known for being fully booked ahead of time and has become a must-have social occasion for food lovers across the Western Cape.

Clinton Thom, General Manager at the hotel comments, “We’re thrilled to bring back this sensational experience to Cape Town, and our team has poured their heart and soul into creating a truly unforgettable brunch adventure.”

This year, the event held at Tobago’s restaurant, bar and terrace at Radisson Blu Hotel Waterfront, brings guests an in-house taste and travel experience of some of the world’s best-known cuisines. Due to popular demand, the lavish culinary exploration now offers a variety of exciting new menus over a selection of dates, giving those guests who choose to indulge more than once this season, different experiences.

Guests can look forward to a three-hour long afternoon filled with live entertainment, picturesque views of the Atlantic Ocean, bottomless beverages which include summery cocktails and virgin mocktails, local beers, wines, tequilas and bubbly. The even wider assortment of options means that guests will have boundless choices, making the event even more of a memorable experience.

Bookings are available on select Saturdays throughout the season at R1100 per person and brunch begins at 13:00 and ends at 16:00. Look forward to spending hours engaging in an ambient gastronomical travel adventure, enjoying an array of all-you-can-eat buffet-style starters, food stations for mains and endless desserts and puddings.

The different menu experiences include mains such as flour arepas, kebabs, cured salmon with cos lettuce, lemon and dill ricotta cheese and seared tuna, tomato caper and chilli antiboise, Italian pizzas, seafood barbecues and polpette. For desserts, look forward to dishes like limoncello tiramisu, authentic budhino, baked coconut, custard tart and almond torte.
