Hotel group PrideInn is preparing to showcase Kenya’s meetings, incentives, conferencing and exhibitions (MICE) tourism at the IMEX FRANKFURT 2019 travel expo in Germany from May 21-23.

This is in addition to showcasing Mombasa and Nairobi as attractive business events destinations in East African region.

“Our focus at IMEX Frankfurt this year is to create new ties with the MICE industry, and build on existing ones. Kenya’s MICE sector has taken steady steps to grow and accelerate the development of its offerings across the leisure and business tourism spectrums, giving international business visitors ample opportunity to enjoy authentic tourism experiences, both inside and beyond the venue walls.” said Hasnain Noorani, Managing Director for PrideInn hotels.

“Given our growing portfolio of hotels, we are eager to raise awareness at global platforms about our superb products while leveraging strategic business opportunities. IMEX is a great forum to see the new and upcoming trends in MICE that are transforming our industry faster than ever,” added Noorani.

“As the worldwide exhibition for incentive travel, meetings and events, IMEX in Frankfurt is an ideal opportunity for us to build on the strong interest and connections that we have created among influential meetings planners from around the world, especially within international associations, to meet them and show them the many superb facilities that we can offer,” said Lucy Macridis, Sales Director PrideInn Hotels.

“Mombasa is already among the top destinations in East Africa for tourists, who are mostly interested in the city’s unique cultural wealth, tourist attractions as well as in the events and festivals that act as peak experience and make a trip to Mombasa an unforgettable cultural journey. In the recent two years we have seen international organizations choosing Mombasa as their preferred location for meetings and events,” said Joy Morai, Sales Director PrideInn Paradise Beach Resort.

“IMEX in Frankfurt is the efficient, one-stop-shop for planners looking to book and organize worldwide meetings, events and incentive travel programmes. Run by meetings professionals for meetings professionals, we’re committed to providing outstanding business opportunities for exhibitors and buyers alike” added Morai.
